A rich clean caramel colour with a hoppy citrus hit. The base of the ale’s flavour comes from a complex blend of five different malts with a bittersweet finish making this the perfect session ale.
The white horse pictured was captured from Hanoverian troops at Highbridge, near Spean Bridge in 1745 during the first skirmish of the Jacobite uprising. It was presented to Bonnie Price Charlie at Glenfinnan by Colonel MacDonnell of Tirindrish, from where we now produce this beer.
